How are your giftboxes presented?

Our products are presented in our signature Black Giftbox with tissue (colours vary depending on your ribbon choice), black shredded paper and finished off with a beautiful ribbon of your choice

What makes you different to all the other Giftbox offerings?

Personalised Giftboxes aim to offer you something unique and delicious and we are the exclusive home to ‘Nanas Cookies’. You get to choose some of the items in each box making it more personalised to the individual

Where do you source all your products from?

Most of our products are sourced from small NZ businesses like ourselves. Some of these you may not of heard about so give them a try you wont be disappointed

What happens if you dont have an item available?

If for any reason a product included in your Giftbox is unavailable or out of stock we will replace it with another item of equal or greater value

Do you deliver throughout NZ and Overseas?

We deliver NZ nationwide. And we have successfully delivered our giftboxes to Australia as well. However at this stage we have not sent any giftboxes further afield.

Can i pick a date for delivery?

Yes you can and we do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives on time however we cannot guarantee this due to circumstances beyond our control

How long do the home baked cookies last?

Nanas Cookies is baked in our registered home kitchen. Generally once the packet has been opened they are eaten quickly (unless you dont share of course). Best before dated 2 to 4 weeks from when baked and packaged on the day as we want you to enjoy them while they are fresh. However we have been told if the packet hasn’t been opened they are still just as good 2 months later by some customers :)
