Yes, we courier to your rural address however please be aware that it takes a couple of days extra to get to your rural address the cookies will still be fresh but will need to be eaten that much faster which I am sure you won’t have a problem with. If you need Saturday or urgent delivery, please get in touch with us to discuss.
If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit then please contact us at hello@personalisedgiftboxes.co.nz and include a photo of the damaged item.
We do our very best to ensure we have your gifts ready to be dispatched on time however some courier delays are beyond our control. Please ensure you allow time for the standard courier service which can take 1 – 3 days.
We take as much care as possible to ensure these cookies are made and handled separately from our other cookies however please be aware, they are made in our home kitchen.
Please note at times due to issues beyond our control some products may be out of stock with our suppliers, therefore, we may need to send something different from what is shown in the gift box. We will do our best to contact you to discuss this however if this is not possible, we promise to replace the product with something similar of equal or higher value.
If you would like to make your own box using our products, or change one of our gift boxes around by adding more or swapping out with something else we are more than happy to discuss your preferences so please get in touch.
