Orders will be processed and shipped between 1 – 3 business working days.

Please contact us for a quote if you wish to send more than one gift box, in the same order, and to the same address.

We can ship to rural address however please remember that it takes approx 3 – 5 business working days to be delivered and we prefer our cookies to be as fresh as possible when received. 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You will be able to track the delivery directly with the courier.

Please note that we do our baking from Sunday through to Wednesday and don’t ship goods on a Friday.

We do this so that we don’t have our home baking sitting at courier depot over the weekend and so that the product always reaches you as freshly as possible.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note we will only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
